The Isle of Skye Baking Company is situated on the outskirts of Portree on the Isle of Skye.
Baking daily, the kitchen produces a unique range of delicious food for sale in the shop and at events around the Scottish highlands. From hand made shortbread and oatcakes , to cakes and our signature lunch breads, the recipes have been developed by Barry and Liza, carefully combining traditional and contemporary ideas.
Take away lunches and foodie gifts are available from the shop downstairs, while a visit to Skyeworks Gallery upstairs makes it a food and art destination.
