Autumn Baking

October is the month of change on the Isle of Skye. The leaves are falling fast and the landscape is bright and beautiful against the deepening skies.

We are currently open in the shop and also busy baking for markets. The calendar is full all the way to Christmas, which means loads of shortbread and oatcake being made. Rowan jelly has been jarred and winter chutney is on the way. We are beginning to think about festive hampers too, and will have them available here soon.

The shop and gallery are open until early January at least, though we will be having a short break from 6 – 20 November. From the 21 November we will be open Monday to Friday with a lovely festive pop-up shop. Visit us to gather some gift goodies for your hampers and some delicious baking.
